Your journey will begin in Germany with an artisanal sausage duo of wierburst and beirwurst sausages and fresh local kohlrabi saurkraut. Next travel west to France for Rockfish Bouillabaisse and then south to Italy for Chianti braised beef cheek with fresh ricotta cavatelli. Your adventure ends in Portugal for Seville orange infused leite creme, fios de ovos garnish, candied lavender flower, and salame de chocolate. Next indulge in a plated course of Pork and vegetable Larb lettuce cups and grilled whole snapper with green curry, coconut, eggplant, and peanuts.
