This trip is not for the faint of heart. Embrace new and unique flavors from across Europe in this gorgeous art-filled home. Your journey will begin in Germany with an artisanal sausage duo of wierburst and beirwurst sausages and fresh local kohlrabi saurkraut. Next travel west to France for Rockfish Bouillabaisse and then south to Italy for Chianti braised beef cheek with fresh ricotta cavatelli. Your adventure ends in Portugal  for Seville orange infused leite creme, fios de ovos garnish, candied lavender flower, and salame de chocolate. Each dish will be complimented by wines hand-picked from the hosts private wine cellar. Cuisine delicately created by Chef David Pitula of Sugar Pine Catering.

Venture to Southeast Asia for an authentic Thai family-style meal crafted by Chef and Owner of Oak at Fourteenth, Steve Redzikowski. Guests will be welcomed with a signature Mai Tai and passed hors d'oeuvres of crispy lime chicharrones and fried Thai shrimp. Next indulge in a plated course of Pork and vegetable Larb lettuce cups and grilled whole snapper with green curry, coconut, eggplant, and peanuts. Top off this tropical evening with a coconut and mango sundae. Hosts can accommodate vegetarians.

Sommelier from Frasca Food and Wine Group will be perfectly pairing wines with each course at this "Dinner in White!" Enjoy fresh salad and roasted vegetables, lemon and garlic chicken, and house made bread. Finish with lavender panna cotta with strawberry rhubarb compote, oatmeal streusel, fresh berries and mint whipped cream. Memorable meal prepared by Savory Cuisines. Host recommends guests dress in white. Vegetarians and those with dietary restrictions welcome.

A multi-course meal celebrated for its original cuisine, locally sourced ingredients, fish fresh out of the water, we will cater to your every whim, while accommodating those with food restrictions. The dinner will be capped with a round of delightful desserts, coffee, and aged rum.

Renowned Chef Alberto Sabbadini with Meadow Lark Farm presents a four-course, local and seasonal menu that will simultaneously take you around the globe, while leaving you feeling right at home - Cure Organic Farm pea crostini, Pachamama Farm asparagus, Red Wagon Farm hakurei turnip soup, local Angus flank steak roulade with green garlic and chard, oven roasted potatoes, horseradish cream and arugula, and finish with Poached Red Wagon Farm rhubarb with local chèvre, honey and acacia flowers.
